Swim Lessons

Our swim lessons are designed to help swimmers of all ages and skill levels build confidence, improve technique, and stay safe in the water. Whether your child is just getting comfortable or ready to refine their strokes, our instructors provide a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment for every swimmer.

2026 Lesson Sessions

We offer four session throughout the summer:

  • Session 1: June 15 - 26

  • Session 2: July 6 - 17

  • Session 3: July 20 - 31

  • Session 4: August 3 - 14

  • Session Length: 2 weeks

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday

  • Total Classes: 10 per sessions

  • Member Price: $45 per session

  • Non-Member Price: $85 per session

  • Private 1:1 Member: $30 per ½ hour lesson

  • Private 1:1 Non-Member: $35 per ½ hour lesson

Swim Levels & Requirements

Please review the level descriptions below and choose the level that best fits your swimmer’s current ability. Our instructors may adjust levels if needed to ensure the best experience.

*In order to register for a given level, your child should already be capable of each item under that level’s list.

Level 1

  • Go to the bathroom

  • Follow directions

Level 2

  • Understand swimming basic safety rules

  • Enter and exit pool independently

  • Comfortably submerge face

  • Front float with support

  • Back float with support

  • Kick on front with support

  • Kick on back with support

  • Blow bubbles

Level 3

  • Hold breath fully submerged - 5 sec

  • Retrieve objects in chest-deep water

  • Front float unsupported

  • Back float unsupported

  • Rhythmic breathing (bob 10 times)

  • Flutter kick on front and back - 5 yds

  • Alternating arm actions - 5 yds

  • Back crawl arm actions - 5 yds

Level 4

  • Rhythmic breathing (bob 15 times)

  • Retrieve objects in chest-deep water (submerged/supported)

  • Jump into water from side

  • Knee dive from side

  • Front crawl with beginning rotary breathing

  • Back crawl - ¾ pool length

  • Elementary back stroke - ¾ pool length

Level 5

  • Deep water bobbing (10 times)

  • Rotary breathing

  • Standing front dive

  • Front crawl 25 yds (full pool length)

  • Back crawl 25 yds (full pool length)

  • Breast stroke 25 yds (full pool length)

  • Tread water - 1 min

Level 6

  • Breast Stroke 100 yds (4 pool lengths)

  • Butterfly 25 yds (full pool length)

  • Front Crawl 100 yds (4 pool lengths)

  • Back Crawl 100 yds (4 pool lengths)

  • Open turn for back crawl

  • Flip turn for back crawl

  • Tread water - 3 minutes

  • Approach and hurdle (optional)
